In one of my previous posts - How I got to Sevastopol (Севастополь), Ukraine (Україна) , I told you about how I traveled to Crimean Peninsula and Sevastopol in particular. In this post I'll share with you what I saw for an afternoon in this Black Sea city. Sevastopol region occupies the southwestern part of the Crimean peninsula, bordering on the north-east by Bakhchisaray district, on the south-east - the Bolshaya Yalta and on the west and south by Black sea. There are 4 administrative districts on the territory of Sevastopol region: Balaclava, Gagarin, Lenin, Nahimovskiy. I admit that I was in Jackson Hole, Wyoming ( map ) in the summer and just remember that it was great. Temperatures were low, but this was not a problem because in June is usually very hot, so it was pleasant for me. Due to the high altitude (6200 feet / 1890 m.), Temperatures were between 32 F / 0 C to 75 F / 24 C , so it was warm in the day and cool in the night. And although it was summer, I was lucky enough to see snowfall in one of the days spent there. The exciting scenery, nice and inviting atmosphere in the hotel made me think to go there to ski in the winter. I found, there are many lodging options and services. Dubai is one amongst the seven emirates that structure the United Arab Emirates. It's rather like associate freelance city-state and is that the hottest and progressive emirate within the UAE, developing at an incredible pace within the traveler and trade sectors particularly. Airport It was quite difficult to choose how to get to Sevastopol ( Севастополь ) – Ukraine, although the summer season has been already started and except regular flights there are charters also.  Map of Sevastopol. It turned out that the Ukrainian carrier Aerosvit not perform regular flights because there are some financial problems. In one of my business trips to Sevastopol, Ukraine I had to fly through Istanbul Ataturk Аirport -  to Simferopol - Ukraine.  I landed at Istanbul airport shortly before midnight. Just at that time there were the demonstrations against Government at Taksim Square and my initial plans for a midnight stroll through Istanbul failed. My flight to Simferopol was after less than 7 hours and I decided to spend the night walking through the airport instead of sleeping in TAV airport hotel, a lthough there are  many hotels around the airport  , also.  Ataturk Аirport  is not as big transfers airport, but as it is at the crossroad between Europe and Asia, I found it is an interesting idea to look around and watch the hurrying people who obviously were from all over the world, from all races and religions.
